Through the support of Columbia Springs' partners this event is offered to fourth grade students from Clark County schools. Those in attendance enjoy natural resources-themed presentations and activities on topics such as recycling, water conservation, local plants & animals.
Our partners in hosting this festival include: Clark County- Department of Environmental Services, City of Vancouver, Clark Public Utilities and U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service.
