Have you ever wondered how old the fish are out in our round ponds, or what wildlife can be found around our site? Learn about all that Columbia Springs has to offer during one of our guided tours! We meet at 5:30pm once a month through the spring and summer. Under the guidance of a knowledgeable staff person or expert volunteer, you can discover the magic that our trails have to offer and learn what makes Columbia Springs unique.

Our first guided tour of 2024 is April 17th at 5:30pm!

Details:

This tour will include a discussion about biodiversity, nature observation, and the best ways to participate in the City Nature Challenge. The annual City Nature Challenge is a BioBlitz that takes place April 26-29 and Columbia Springs is the perfect place to participate! What exactly is a BioBlitz? A BioBlitz involves people from the community documenting all the wild living organisms in an area, providing an essential “snapshot” of local biodiversity. Interested in participating? Register here!

Our upcoming guided tour dates:
April 17th
May 15th
June 20th – Solstice Walk!
July 17th
August 14th
September 18th

Make sure to wear good walking shoes and dress for the weather! All ages are welcome.
