Calming forest yoga at Columbia Springs

9/18 – 10:00 am

Looking to get back in touch with nature after a year indoors? Join us for Forest Yoga at Columbia Springs with local yogi Mary Sepulveda. In this beginning level class, we will move into gentle shapes that help us see ourselves and the world more clearly. For the low price of $15 per person you don’t want to miss it! Reserve your spot below.

We will meet at Columbia Springs on the lawn behind the Heron House. Please bring whatever props you use during your normal practice! Mats will be available for those who don’t have their own.
